HOW YOU BUILD IT: THE 12-WEEK ACCELERATOR
This is our flagship program. A digital cohort for managers who are done with theory and ready for deliberate practice.
FOUNDATION (Weeks 1-3): ACTIVATING PURPOSE
Week 1: Your Leadership OS. We run a diagnostic. You’ll define your core values and write your leadership philosophy; your personal rulebook.
Week 2: Crafting Your Vision. Learn the “Purpose Pyramid.” You’ll draft and refine a vision statement for your team that’s clear, compelling, and actionable.
Week 3: From Vision to Map. Translate that vision into three strategic priorities for the next 90 days. No more vague goals
NAVIGATION (Weeks 4-6): MASTERING YOUR ECOSYSTEM
Week 4: The Stakeholder Map. You’ll map the influence landscape around your key project. Who has power? Who has interest? You’ll leave with a real diagram.
Week 5: Cracking the Culture Code. Diagnose the unspoken rules of your organization. Learn to work with them (or carefully change them) to move initiatives forward.
Week 6: The Art of the Ask. Practice ethical influence. You’ll script and role-play a pitch to secure resources or buy-in for one of your priorities.
CONNECTION (Weeks 7-9): THE MECHANICS OF TRUST
Week 7: Feedback That Works. Master the Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI) model. You’ll script and deliver a piece of crucial feedback.
Week 8: Building a Safe-to-Fail Team. Audit your team’s psychological safety. Design and implement one “bravery ritual” to increase openness.
Week 9: Turning Conflict into Fuel. Use a structured protocol to facilitate a disagreement on your team, aiming for a stronger solution, not just a quiet room.
AMPLIFICATION (Weeks 10-12): LEADING LEGACY
Week 10: The Coaching Shift. Practice the GROW model. Your role changes from problem-solver to coach in a live session.
Week 11: Designing for Resilience. Build a “Team Learning Ritual” to process wins and failures. Create a personal sustainability plan to avoid burnout.
Week 12: Your Leadership Action Plan. Synthesize all 11 weeks into a concrete, one-page plan for the next 6 months of your leadership journey.
